• Payment information. When you pay, card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure page, we never see or store your full card number. We keep records of what was paid and when.
• Files and links. Screenshots, documents, or links you share so we can do the work.
• Usage & device data. Basic technical information (browser, pages viewed) and small pieces of data stored in your browser (local storage) to keep the site working and remember your preferences.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver our services.
• To manage projects, support tickets, invoices, and payments.
• To schedule and confirm consultations.

Use of AI

We use artificial-intelligence tools to help us work more efficiently, for example, to triage and summarize support requests and assist with drafting. • Stripe, payment processing.
• Vercel, website hosting.

We use browser local storage and strictly necessary cookies to keep the site and portal working and to remember preferences like your theme.
