- The code
- The code is delivered protected: it may not be modified, reverse engineered or resold, and changes are available through our Customize service.
- Use
- For your own business. You may not resell or share your copy. The License Terms have every detail.
- License check
- The license to use Plankeep ends if the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, and the copy then stops working. The system checks its license automatically in the background once a day. There is nothing for you to do. If a copy can't reach us for 30 days in a row, it pauses until it's back online.
- Refunds
- All sales are final, so try the full demo first. The one exception: if something is broken and we can’t fix it or replace it, we refund you.
Questions before you buy.
What do I need to run it?
A web host for the files (Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel or an ordinary host all work) and, for a team, a free Supabase project. The setup guide walks you through both. One person can also run it in a single browser with no database.
Can I turn it into an app on my phone?
Yes. Turn it into an app on your iPhone or Android phone: it sits on your home screen with its own icon, with nothing to download from an app store. Open your Plankeep address on your phone and add it to your home screen. With My team, every phone and computer shows the same plans.
How many people can use it?
As many as your team needs. One seat is included; each extra person who signs in is $50, paid once, and a team of 10 or more pays $549 in total, never more. Add seats any time at thewebsuite.co/plankeep/seats.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for a lifetime license. Hosting and our Care plan are optional, and only if you want us to run or look after it.
Can you customize it for my team?
Yes, through our Customize service. The code is delivered protected, so changes come from us. We tailor it for an added charge: your own fields and screens, the way your team plans and reports, your branding, or connections to tools like Google Calendar, Slack or Outlook. We quote the work in writing before we start, and it is not included in the purchase price. We can change it any time, even months after you buy.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo above is the full system, running on a sample studio. Changes there last until you close the page.
