- License check
- The license to use Billkeep ends if the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, and the copy then stops working. The system checks its license automatically in the background once a day. There is nothing for you to do. If a copy can't reach us for 30 days in a row, it pauses until it's back online.
- Defects
- If something does not work as delivered, report it within 30 days and we fix it. The Terms have the details.
- Refunds
- All sales are final, so try the full demo first. The one exception: if something is broken and we can’t fix it or replace it, we refund you.

Is it a subscription?
No. Billkeep is $99 once for a lifetime license with one seat. Each extra person is $50, also paid once, and a team of 10 or more pays $549 in total, never more.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Choose My team during setup and everyone signs in to one shared database, a free Supabase project the guide walks you through. Admins see everything and send invoices; members log their own time and expenses.
Where is my data?
With Just me, in your browser on your computer, with a backup you download any time. With My team, in your own Supabase database. Your data is always yours to export.
Can I turn it into an app on my phone?
Yes. Turn it into an app on your iPhone or Android phone: it sits on your home screen with its own icon, with nothing to download from an app store. Open your Billkeep address on your phone and add it to your home screen. With My team, every phone and computer shows the same work.
How do invoices reach my clients?
Print an invoice or save it as a PDF, and Billkeep opens your own email with the summary and how to pay already written. Reminders for past due invoices work the same way.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. After you press Buy, choose Install and we put it online for you, or Hosting and we run it for you. Nothing is added unless you pick it.
Can you customize it for my business?
Yes, through our Customize service. The code is delivered protected, so changes come from us. We tailor it for an added charge: your own fields and screens, your invoice layout and branding, or connections to tools like Stripe, QuickBooks or Google Calendar. We quote the work in writing before we start, and it is not included in the purchase price. We can change it any time, even months after you buy.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo above is the full system, running on a sample consulting business. Nothing you do there is kept.
