Services we use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These are the outside services that can receive personal information when you use TheWebSuite. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job for us, and none of them may use it for anything else. Each name links to that company’s own security page, where they describe how they protect data.
| Service | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this website and runs our server code, including the systems we host for clients | Everything you send through the site while it is processed |
| Supabase | Our database, sign in and file storage | Client, order and account records, messages, and files you upload |
| Stripe | Takes card and bank payments (including pay later options such as Klarna and Affirm) | Your name, email, what you bought, and your payment details, which go to Stripe and never to us |
| Our business email, file delivery and backup copies of files you upload to your portal (Drive), booking calendar, Google sign in, fonts, and site analytics if you allow analytics cookies | Emails we exchange, files we send you and files you upload to your portal, booking details, and, with your consent, how you use the site | |
| Hostinger | Hosts our outgoing business email, and rents us the private server that runs our AI assistant and its voice | Emails we send and receive, and messages you send through our website chat or by email |
| Resend | A backup route for our emails if our main email service fails | Your email address and the email itself |
| Anthropic | The AI model behind our assistant: it drafts replies to messages, which a person approves before they are sent | Messages you send us, and public information about businesses |
| Etsy | Our Etsy shop, and confirming your order when you claim a licence bought there | Etsy order details |
| Jina Reader and Exa | Reading public business websites and searching the web when we look for businesses to contact | Public website addresses and search terms only; nothing about you |
| OpenStreetMap | Finding businesses by city and type | A city and a type of business only; nothing about you |
Not in use today: ElevenLabs (a spare voice service), Google Ads and Meta advertising tags, and Google Places search. If we switch any of them on, this page and our Privacy Policy change first, and advertising tags still run only if you turn on Marketing in cookie settings.
Clients whose systems we host can ask for our Data Processing Agreement, which covers these services. To see or delete the data we hold about you, go to thewebsuite.co/my-data. How we handle data overall: our Privacy Policy. Questions: info@thewebsuite.co.
