- The code is delivered protected: it may not be modified, reverse engineered or resold, and changes are available through our Customize service.

- License check
- The license to use Tradekeep ends if the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, and the copy then stops working. The system checks its license automatically in the background once a day. There is nothing for you to do. If a copy can't reach us for 30 days in a row, it pauses until it's back online.
- Refunds
- All sales are final, so try the full demo first. The one exception: if something is broken and we can’t fix it or replace it, we refund you.

Which trades is it for?
Plumbers, electricians and general contractors. You pick your trade at setup, and Tradekeep sets its words, starter price list, equipment, permit kinds and checklists to match. Everything stays editable.
What do I need to run it?
A web host for the files (Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel or an ordinary host all work) and, for a team, a free Supabase project. The setup guide walks you through both. One person can also run it in a single browser with no database.
Can my techs use it on their phones?
Yes. Turn it into an app on your iPhone or Android phone: it sits on your home screen with its own icon, with nothing to download from an app store. Each tech opens your Tradekeep address and adds it to the home screen. They see their own day and jobs, take photos and get the customer's signature on site, and never see invoices, your costs, your margins or anyone's pay rate. The prices your customer pays can show on their jobs.
How many people can use it?
As many as your crew needs. One seat is included; each extra person who signs in is $50, paid once, and a team of 10 or more pays $749 in total, never more. Add seats any time at thewebsuite.co/tradekeep/seats.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for a lifetime license. Hosting and our Care plan are optional, and only if you want us to run or look after it.
Can it text customers or take card payments?
Yes, as paid add-ons we set up for you: texting customers, card payments, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, maintenance plan billing, online booking, and a website and Google Business Profile that send requests straight to your inbox. They are not included in the purchase price, and we quote each one in writing before we start.
Can you customize it for my business?
Yes, through our Customize service. The code is delivered protected, so changes come from us. We tailor it for an added charge: your own fields and screens, your quote and invoice layout, or the way your shop dispatches. We quote the work in writing before we start, and it is not included in the purchase price.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo above is the full system, running on a sample shop for each trade. Changes there last until you close the page.
