Our table

Three generations, one wood oven, and a rule about elbows.

Nonna Fico opened with eight tables and a promise: nobody leaves hungry, nobody leaves quiet. We still make the pasta by hand every morning, still light the oven at four, still argue about the ragu.

The menu is short because the market decides it. Come for two on a Tuesday or twelve on a Saturday — we'll push the tables together and pour something red.

From the fire & the pasta bench

Two things we do properly: fire and flour.

Cooking over the wood fire
01

Everything over embers

The oven is oak and olive wood, lit before the first prep cook arrives. Whole fish, sausages, cabbages, bread for the table — if it can take smoke, it goes in.

Oak & olive · 400°C
Fresh pasta on the bench

Pasta, rolled this morning

Two flours, egg yolks, and a rolling pin older than the restaurant. We make four shapes a day and cut them to order — when they're gone, that's the menu.

Handmade daily · No dryers

The wine

A list built for drinking, not framing. Everything's under 60, glasses from 7, and we'll happily open something odd if you're curious.

The hours

Tue–Sun
5:30 – late

Closed Mondays. Kitchen last orders 10:30.

The room

Twenty-six seats and a four-top at the kitchen if you like the heat. Big tables by arrangement — just call the house line.

Walk-ins welcome · Bookings for 5+
