A working pottery studio with eight wheels, two kilns, and room for anyone who wants to get their hands dirty. Take a class, rent a bench, or just come see what came out of the last firing.
Term classes and one-offs
Six-week terms for regulars, single evenings if you just want to try. Clay, tools, firing and glazes are all included, and you take your pieces home.
Wheel to shelf

Centre the clay on the wheel and pull it up into a shape. The messy, wonderful part.

Once leather-hard, turn it back on the wheel to cut a foot and clean the lines.

A first firing hardens the piece so it can take glaze without falling apart.

Dip, wax and load the kiln. The second firing turns powder into colour and glass.
Studio membership
Members get open-studio access, a shelf of their own, and firing at cost. Rent a bench by the month once you have taken a term with us, and work whenever the doors are open.
