Student stories.

My daughter started shy and now she leads the warm up. The teaching here is patient and completely genuine.

Before you start

Common questions.

01Do I need any experience?

None at all. Every white belt starts from zero, and the first class is about learning how we train, not keeping up.

02What should I wear to a trial?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and bare feet. When you join, your first gi is included with a kids membership.

03How old do children need to be?

Our kids classes start at age six. Younger children are welcome to watch a class and join the family session on Saturdays.

04How does grading work?

You grade when your instructor sees you are ready, not on a fixed schedule. Gradings are included in every membership.
