We draw it,
then we build it.

One team from first sketch to final coat of paint. No handing you off to a contractor who never saw the drawings — the people who design your renovation are the people who swing the hammer.

How a project runs

01

Walkthrough & feasibility

We come to the house, listen to what is not working, and tell you honestly what the space can and cannot do — and roughly what it costs — before you spend anything.

Week 1
No charge
02

Design & fixed quote

Measured drawings, a material palette you can hold in your hands, and a single fixed price with every line itemised. You approve the number before a wall is touched.

Weeks 2–5
Design fee
03

Permits & schedule

We pull the permits, book the trades, and hand you a week-by-week calendar so you always know who is in your home and what happens next.

Weeks 5–7
We handle it
04

Build & weekly check-ins

One lead carpenter runs your job start to finish, with a Friday update every week and a tidy, dust-sealed site every night.

On schedule
05

Snag list & handover

We walk the finished job with you, fix every last item on your list, and leave you the warranty, the manuals, and the leftover paint labelled by room.

Our
promises,
in writing

Every contract we sign carries these four. They are not marketing — they are clauses you can hold us to.

A

The price is the price

Your fixed quote does not move for anything we could have foreseen. If we miss something, that is our cost, not yours.

B

We finish when we said

Every contract carries a completion date. If we run over for reasons within our control, we credit you for each week.

C

Three-year workmanship warranty

Anything our crews built or installed is covered for three full years. One call and we come back.

D

A clean site, every night

Floors protected, dust sealed off, tools packed away. You live in the house while we work in it.
