A quick guide
A rough rule, not a law: pick a frame shape that contrasts your face. Try a few, then ignore all of this if one just feels right.
Try a square or rectangular frame to add definition.
Try round or oval frames to soften strong angles.
Try light frames or a subtle cat-eye to balance the chin.
Most shapes work. Go as bold or as quiet as you like.
