Small-batch · Roasted in Ridgewood

Coffee for the quiet hours.

We buy from farms we know by name, roast in ten-kilo batches, and ship within a day of the roast. The good stuff, without the theatre.

Three things, done carefully.

No single-origin mystique for its own sake. Just sourcing, roasting, and timing — the parts that actually change what’s in your cup.

01

Source

We work directly with a handful of farms and pay well above market. Fewer lots, deeper relationships, better coffee year over year.

Roast

Ten-kilo batches on a 1958 Probat, profiled by hand. We roast to bring out the fruit, never to hide it behind char.

Rest & ship

Coffee is bagged the day it’s roasted and rested just long enough. It reaches you at its brightest, with the roast date on every bag.

Guji Natural

A wildly aromatic natural from the Guji zone — think ripe berries and a syrupy body that lingers. Our most-requested coffee, and it’s easy to see why.
